You know when they're arriving, without asking.

Before the stay, the guide invites your guest to plan their arrival: time slot, number of people, transport. You get a notification, and the time shows up in your calendar.

Private reviews: fix things before anyone sees.

At check-out, the guide asks your guest for a rating. Depending on the answer, Nidélo points them to the right place.

Nidélo never blocks a public review: your guest is always free to write one on the platform.
